We are Trask, a Czech IT company delivering projects to twenty countries around the world from a total of eleven offices. 

We are currently hiring new colleague to the team responsible for our company’s finances, specifically the part focused on controlling. Your closest colleagues will be two team members, but you'll also collaborate with other members of the finance and reporting teams and communicate across the entire company.

Job description

  • You’ll uncover relationships between numbers, think about their logic and impact.
  • You’ll gain insights into internal processes and data across the company, not just within the Czech Republic.
  • Your role will include checking the accuracy of input data and processes — and later suggesting improvements.
  • You’ll work with internal systems such as CRM, Power BI, and various reports.
  • You’ll help educate users and contribute to developing documentation of internal processes.
  • You’ll provide administrative support to users — handling ad-hoc tasks, assisting back office, etc.
  • You’ll work closely with our reporting team.

Required qualifications

  • Strong logical thinking, understanding of numbers and their relationships
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Good English communication skills
  • Good communication skills, responsibility, and reliability
  • Motivation to grow in the field of controlling

Nice to have (but not required):

  • University degree (preferably in economics or a related field)
  • Previous experience in finance or controlling
  • Previous experience with CRM or ERP systems
