Job description

  • End-to-end recruitment activities
  • Active candidate sourcing on social media and beyond
  • Working with the internal database
  • Initial candidate pre-screening
  • Communication across the HR team
  • Providing feedback to candidates
  • Communicating with managers of assigned departments

Required qualifications

  • Previous experience with active recruitment
  • Experience with a recruitment ATS system
  • Strong communication skills in Czech
  • Conversational knowledge of English and German
  • Proactive communication and teamwork skills
  • HR marketing and employer branding experience is an advantage
