Job description
- End-to-end recruitment activities
- Active candidate sourcing on social media and beyond
- Working with the internal database
- Initial candidate pre-screening
- Communication across the HR team
- Providing feedback to candidates
- Communicating with managers of assigned departments
Required qualifications
- Previous experience with active recruitment
- Experience with a recruitment ATS system
- Strong communication skills in Czech
- Conversational knowledge of English and German
- Proactive communication and teamwork skills
- HR marketing and employer branding experience is an advantage
