Trask’s Mobile & Web Apps Development competency is a new and strategic focus area. We are looking for a visionary Senior Manager to build and lead this practice, connecting traditional development with modern mobile and web solutions.

Mission

Manager of Mobile & Web Apps Development will define the strategy, build the team, and deliver high-value projects for our enterprise clients. This role requires a balance of business acumen, delivery leadership, and technical credibility.

6-12 month goals

• Shape Trask’s mobile & web development strategy and offerings.
• Build and lead a cross-functional team of developers, architects, and UX/UI experts.
• Deliver innovative, user-centric mobile & web apps for enterprise clients.

• Be responsible for the overall strategy and management of the Mobile & Web Apps Development team in all P&L aspects
• Build Trask's professional offering across the Mobile & Web Apps development area
• Maintain and develop business relationships with current customers and create business propositions for new clients.
• Manage business cases, prepare offers, and price projects (cooperate with sales, identify and pursue opportunities within Trask’s existing enterprise accounts).
• Deliver scalable, secure, and modern applications for enterprise clients. Work closely with Cloud, Data, and SW development teams to create synergies.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of client projects with high-quality standards.
• Share knowledge and competencies across Trask teams, break down barriers, and build effective delivery teams.
• Keep yourself and your team up to date with the latest Mobile & Web Development trends and solutions.
• Contribute to Trask's international expansion strategy and execution. 

• Proven track record in leading mobile and/or web development practices.
• Experience building and scaling a delivery organization (P&L responsibility is a plus).
• Background in enterprise application development, including mobile and responsive web.
• Knowledge of key technologies such as React, Angular, Flutter, Kotlin, Swift, Node.js, .NET.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Czech and English
