Job description
- Managing the company vehicle fleet (approx. 50 cars)
- Handling insurance claims and arranging vehicle repairs
- Organizing maintenance, tire changes, and technical inspections (MOT)
- Keeping records of business trip logs
- Checking service and supplier invoices
- Managing employees’ voice and data services
- Processing service usage and billing
- Communicating with the contracted mobile operator
- Occasionally assisting at the reception desk
Required qualifications
- Secondary school education completed with a school-leaving exam (A-level equivalent)
- Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A valid category B driving licence and driving experience (both essential)
- Intermediate knowledge of English
- Willingness to learn new things
- Responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail
