We are currently looking for a Solution Architect to join our team specializing in Content Management projects. You will play a key role in designing and delivering IT solutions for clients in the energy sector.

Our team consists of architects, analysts, and developers (Java, Angular), collaborating across locations in the Czech Republic and Slovakia – including offices in Prague, Brno, Ostrava, and Bratislava.

• Design solution architecture – define system structures, interfaces, and integration with surrounding systems.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and oversee their implementation.
• Collaborate closely with analysts, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the design and development process.
• Communicate with clients, participate in presales activities, and contribute to proposal preparation.
• Mentor colleagues and support the growth of the team.

• Experience in designing complex solution architectures in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with Java development.
• Deep knowledge of modern technologies and a proactive approach to solving technical challenges.
• Knowledge of Content Management/DMS is an advantage.
• Familiarity with the energy sector is a plus.
• Independence, proactive mindset, and strong team collaboration skills.
