Security Consultant (m/f)
Trask's cybersecurity team is growing, and we are looking for a skilled Security Consultant.
Mission:
The goal of this role is to become a senior team member who can lead projects, consult with clients (GRC), and implement solutions (technology).
First goals:
- Actively participate in RFP´s preparation for local and international clients
- Become a trusted partner for our clients in the Governance, Risk & Compliance area
- Lead security integration projects
- Consult with clients, design security architectures, and implement them.

Job description
- Security Strategy & Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to develop security policies, governance frameworks, and risk management strategies.
- Technical Implementation: Deploy and optimize security tools, such as SIEM solutions (e.g., Microsoft), PKI infrastructure, IDM solutions, DevSecOps, Threat Management tools, etc.
- Risk & Compliance: Lead, cybersecurity, IT risk assessments, and audit remediations, ensuring compliance with standards like ISO/IEC 27001, SOX, or NIS2,.
- Client Management: Build relationships with clients and bridge the gap between business objectives and technical security needs,.
- Project Delivery: Manage security projects from assessment to execution, working within specialized industry groups (e.g., Products, Financial Services),.
Required qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in security consulting, risk management, or technical security roles (3-5+ years depending on level).
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in specific domains like Identity and Access Management (IAM), Cloud Security, or Cyber Defense.
- Certifications: Security certifications are a big plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
