Our Legal & Compliance team consists of five members whose main role is to ensure that our activities are fully aligned with our commitments. We are currently looking for a new colleague to join us as a Junior Security Compliance Advisor, who will work alongside us on a variety of projects both in the Czech Republic and abroad.

Job description

  • Performing compliance due diligence of business partners (customers and suppliers)
  • Support with security and compliance questionnaires for customers and partners.
  • Assistance with preparation for customer and certification audits.
  • Preparation and maintenance of reports, records, and other compliance documentation.
  • Participation in security and compliance awareness activities across the company.


Required qualifications

  • University degree (or final-year student) in IT, security, risk management, law, economics, or a related field.
  • Ability to perform basic analysis of financial statements (e.g. balance sheet, profit and loss statement) to identify potential financial risks.
  • High level of attention to detail, reliability, and proactive approach.
  • Willingness to learn and develop in the area of security and compliance.
  • Good level of English (reading documentation, basic communication).
  • Ability to work systematically and keep accurate records.

An advantage would be:

  • Interest in developing knowledge and skills in the area of Compliance (including ESG, security)
  • Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2, or other regulatory frameworks.
