Banking Consultant - Junior

Come with us to prepare (not only) financial institutions for the current times and help them face digital trends and transformation, including the implementation of new innovative using modern technologies and approaches such as machine learning and blockchain. We'll give you the opportunity to be on projects that are changing financial institutions for the better and bringing a whole new modern experience to clients and end users. • Our team helps clients define and implement digital strategies, including inventing and building new digital solutions for financial institutions, insurance companies, etc. 
• We give you the opportunity to focus on different technologies such as blockchain, AI, NLP or IoT.
• All our solutions fit perfectly into the intended strategy and have a perfectly honed UX, which is terribly important in mobile or web applications. To design our solutions as original as possible, we give room for creativity on a daily basis.
• As a consultant, you will actively work on individual digital projects and specific tasks under the guidance of more experienced colleagues and in collaboration with our technology teams. 
• You will monitor local and global trends, and contribute to the development of new products and solutions, including their design, prototyping and testing from an end-user perspective.

• You can't do without communicative English with some clients.
• You have a basic understanding of how the financial market works and a passion for the cause.
• You are no stranger to numbers and can think about the added value of a solution in the context of the cost to create and operate the solution.
• You are IT-savvy and have a desire to pursue consulting projects and deliver IT solutions in the digital space.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with IT specialists.

On the other hand, none of this is a requirement, and on the contrary, we welcome a talented person who is not so experienced but wants to learn and grow in this direction. Suitable for final year university students who can already work full time.
