Our Data Science team uses data and its power to help businesses make the right strategic and operational decisions. We work with large clients in the financial sector, optimize processes at ŠKODA, create real-time recomendation engines... And that's just a small sample. Job description
- Collaboration in an agile team
- Participating in the design and implementation of optimal data delivery architecture to support the needs of software developers, data analysts and data scientists
- Setting up CI/CD processes
- Proactive customer access, prototyping, regular development presentations and finetuning of the chosen solution
- Use of English language depending on the project
- Collaboration throughout the product lifecycle, from analysis, through implementation to documentation of the final solution
Required qualifications
- You are proactive, you can play in a team and independently and you can be relied on
- You have a university degree in mathematics, engineering or economics
- You know how to program in Python, PySpark and SQL and have a good understanding of data
- You have experience with Azure cloud environments (Azure Databricks, Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure App Insights) or AWS
- You are familiar with relational and non-relational database systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Delta Lake)
- Experience with Snowflake an advantage
- Certification in data engineering a plus
- Experience preparing data for deep learning model development is a welcome bonus
- Active knowledge of the Czech or Slovak language is essential
