Role Mission
As a Key Account Manager for FSI clients at Trask, your mission is to forge and nurture strategic relationships with our key clients in the financial sector. You aim to understand their business needs, demonstrate how Trask’s solutions can add value, and generate sustainable revenue growth by expanding our partnerships.
First 6-Month Goals
- Gain a deep understanding of each client’s business, challenges, and strategic priorities.
- Create a strategic account plans & fill your calendar with client meetings. Be active.
- Get to know the internal delivery team and understand their strengths and core competencies.
- Successfully develop at least 2 new projects or initiatives with a dedicated client portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Job description
- Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key clients in the financial sector.
- Understand clients’ objectives and challenges to propose relevant Trask solutions.
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met.
- Prepare and present proposals, reports, and strategic plans for clients.
- Create account plan, monitor account performance, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Keep yourself updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments within FSI.
- Represent Trask at industry events, forums, and client meetings.
- Deliver the requested annual revenue and report to Delivery Industry Director.
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in key account management, preferably within financial services or IT consulting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trust and influence at the managerial and director level stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- English - communicative level
