Role Mission
As a Key Account Manager for FSI clients at Trask, your mission is to develop and nurture strategic relationships with key financial sector clients in the Austrian market.
First 6-Month Goals
- Get to know Trask's internal delivery teams and understand their strengths and core competencies.
- Create a pipeline of business opportunities within FSI clients.
- Create a strategy on how to turn sales opportunities into a POC/projects.
- Successfully develop at least 2 clients = we have meetings/presentations there, we discuss possible solutions/projects
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams on the presales phase, and coordinate the sales process.

Job description
- Acquisition and business development focused on FSI clients in the Austrian market.
- Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key clients in the financial sector.
- Create a sustainable pipeline of business opportunities.
- Participate in lead generation.
- Understand clients’ objectives and challenges to propose relevant Trask solutions.
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met.
- Prepare and present proposals, reports, and strategic plans for clients.
- Create bids in cooperation with presales team.
- Keep yourself updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments within FSI.
- Represent Trask at industry events, forums, and client meetings.
- Deliver the requested annual revenue and report to Delivery Industry Director.
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in key account management, preferably within financial services or IT consulting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trust and influence at the managerial and director level stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach.
- Results-oriented person with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- English - advanced level
