We are looking for a new member of our sales team who will support the development of our energy segment in the Czech Republic and across Europe. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, travel, proactively approach new clients, and participate in the preparation of business proposals.
Job description
- Active search for new opportunities – prospecting, market mapping, finding contacts among existing and new customers.
- Preparation of offers and presentations – you will collaborate with the Delivery Director and a team of experts to create solutions that make sense and bring real value to clients.
- Building relationships with clients – our customers are not looking for a one-time deal. They want a long-term partner – and that partner will be you.
- Cross-team collaboration – technology, delivery, architecture. At Trask, you’re never on your own; together we create solutions we can be proud of.
- Traveling across Europe – to visit clients, partners, and attend conferences.
Required qualifications
- Eagerness to sell – you're a junior/medior with a talent for sales and a willingness to learn (experience in the energy sector is a plus, but not required).
- Eagerness to communicate – you speak both in plain language and business terms, can explain complex topics clearly to clients, and know when to listen and when to take initiative.
- Eagerness to learn about technology – you're not a programmer, but you have a basic understanding of IT and digitalization. And if you don’t understand something, you want to figure it out.
- Eagerness to travel – not only within the Czech Republic but also abroad (Europe).
- Self-drive – you don’t need hand-holding; you know what needs to be done and go for it.
- English – at a level suitable for communication with international clients.
