At our Liberec branch, we are creating a brand new QA team and seeking for an experienced Test Leader to define the strategy, set up efficient processes, and support the team in both daily work and long-term growth.

Job description

  • Build and grow the QA team.
  • Design and implement the testing strategy - manage test environments, tools and methodologies.
  • Active involvement in application and API testing.
  • Prepare test scenarios, estimate effort, execute tests and evaluate results.
  • Support test automation and identify areas suitable for automation.
  • Collaborate with developers and other project team members to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Provide regular reporting.


Required qualifications

  • Experience in leading a testing team.
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies (ISTQB certification is an advantage).
  • Hands-on experience in designing and executing test plans.
  • Familiarity with automated and integration testing (e.g., SoapUI, Postman, Selenium, Playwright or Robot Framework).
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Redmine/Jira).
  • English proficiency.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, lead a team and bring new ideas and solutions.
