Job description
- Build and grow the QA team.
- Design and implement the testing strategy - manage test environments, tools and methodologies.
- Active involvement in application and API testing.
- Prepare test scenarios, estimate effort, execute tests and evaluate results.
- Support test automation and identify areas suitable for automation.
- Collaborate with developers and other project team members to identify and mitigate risks.
- Provide regular reporting.
Required qualifications
- Experience in leading a testing team.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies (ISTQB certification is an advantage).
- Hands-on experience in designing and executing test plans.
- Familiarity with automated and integration testing (e.g., SoapUI, Postman, Selenium, Playwright or Robot Framework).
- Experience with ticketing systems (Redmine/Jira).
- English proficiency.
- Ability to communicate effectively, lead a team and bring new ideas and solutions.
