IT Compliance Analyst

Our Legal & Compliance team consists of five members whose main role is to ensure that our activities are fully aligned with our commitments. We are currently looking for a new colleague to join us as an IT Compliance Advisor, who will work alongside us on a variety of projects both in the Czech Republic and abroad.

• Analysis and implementation of key regulatory requirements (DORA, NIS2, banking regulations, etc.) across the company – creation and adjustment of roles, processes, and documentation.
• Collaboration on obtaining certifications (ISO 27001, SOC 2, TISAX, etc.).
• Preparation of external questionnaires and requirements, support during external audits.
• Participation in contract negotiations with customers and partners, both domestically and internationally.
• Cooperation with internal teams on the implementation of compliance and security measures in line with regulations and risk identification.
• Enhancing the company’s compliance level and the quality of individual deliveries.
• Incident management – providing support in resolving security and compliance incidents.

• University degree in IT, security, or risk management.
• Proactive mindset, reliability, and independence.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles.
• Very good level of English (communication with partners, documentation).
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

An advantage would be:

• Knowledge of EU and Czech regulatory requirements in IT and security (GDPR, DORA, NIS2).
• Practical experience with certifications such as ISO 27001, SOC2.
