Infrastructure is one of the core building blocks of Trask. Our team currently consists of around 60 specialists focused on implementing and managing IT systems and applications, designing cloud and on-premises architectures, implementing automation processes and DevOps principles, virtualization, IT security, and many other areas.
We provide VMware consulting, help design and manage MS Azure and AWS environments, work on OpenShift architecture, implement Identity and Access Management, handle digital signing, Microsoft 365 products, and, last but not least, ensure the operation of servers, workstations, applications, and entire environments. All this for the largest Czech banks, insurance companies, telecom operators, and automotive firms.

Job description
- Deploy and test applications on macOS workstations in the customer’s environment
- Participate in preparing installation packages and their deployment
- Provide L2 technical support to users and resolve incidents in the macOS environment
- Collaborate on handling requests related to the operation of applications and systems
- Record and maintain information essential for managing deployed applications
- Assist in analyzing and troubleshooting complex issues
- Participate in implementing and managing changes in the customer’s environment
Required qualifications
- Solid knowledge of macOS and its administration
- Basic understanding of MDM solutions (ideally JAMF)
- Basic familiarity with shell scripting and permissions management on macOS
- Experience in a corporate IT environment is an advantage, but not a must
- English sufficient for reading documentation and written communication
