You will take part in the management and development of infrastructure for an agilely developed employee portal of the largest Czech company, serving more than 35,000 users. The employee portal is a complex environment where processes, information, and people come together to deliver value to the entire organization. You will work with modern technologies in a large-scale ecosystem with multiple data centers and operational environments.

Job description
- Designing target architectures in line with the Cloud Adoption Framework, including areas such as landing zones, governance, security, network segmentation, and identity.
- Managing and developing existing environments in Azure – automation, ensuring reliability and availability, and cost optimization according to FinOps practices.
- Implementing and maintaining DevOps practices – designing and managing CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions), Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, Terraform, ARM), configuration management, and scripting (PowerShell, Python).
- Working with containers and platforms – AKS, ACR, Docker, including integration with observability tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Prometheus/Grafana) and security policies (Defender for Cloud).
- Supporting presales activities – opportunity qualification, requirements gathering, solution design and cost estimation, creation of technical parts of proposals, presentations, and leading technical workshops for clients, responding to RFI/RFP.
- Collaborating with sales and delivery teams – creating SoW, planning phases, risks, and milestones, handover to delivery, and ensuring adherence to architectural principles.
- Active communication in English when working with clients and internal teams.
Required qualifications
- Experience in designing target architectures according to the Cloud Adoption Framework (landing zones, governance, security, network segmentation, identity, etc.).
- Experience in operating and developing existing Azure environments – automation, reliability, availability, and cost optimization (FinOps practices).
- Experience with DevOps and automation: design and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions), Infrastructure as Code (Bicep / Terraform, ARM), configuration management, and scripting (PowerShell / Python).
- Experience with containers and platforms: AKS, ACR, Docker; advantage if combined with observability integration (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Prometheus / Grafana) and security policies (Defender for Cloud).
- Presales support: opportunity qualification, requirements gathering, solution design and cost estimation, writing proposals including technical sections, presentations, and technical workshops at clients, responses to RFI/RFP.
- Collaboration with sales and delivery: creation of SoW, planning phases, risks, and milestones; handover to delivery and ensuring adherence to architectural principles.
- English at a professional communication level.
- MS Azure certification; additional certifications are an advantage.
- Consulting mindset and proactivity.
- Ability to understand client requirements and clearly formulate them into solutions.
