Job description
- Actively search for new opportunities – prospecting, market mapping, identifying contacts among both existing and new clients.
- Prepare offers and presentations – collaborate with the Delivery Director and expert teams to design solutions that make sense and bring real value to clients.
- Build client relationships – our customers don’t look for one-off deals. They want a partner to accompany them in the long run – and that partner will be you.
- Collaborate across teams – technology, delivery, architecture. At Trask, you’re never on your own – together we create solutions we can be proud of.
Required qualifications
- Sales drive – presales experience is an advantage (ideally in the energy sector, but not a must).
- Communication skills – you can talk both in a friendly and business-like way, explain complex things clearly to clients, and know when to listen and when to push forward.
- Interest in technology – you’re not a programmer, but you have a basic understanding of IT and digitalization, and if you don’t understand something, you’re eager to learn.
- Willingness to travel – not only within the Czech Republic but also abroad (Europe).
- Independence – you don’t need hand-holding; you know what needs to be done and go after it.
- English – fluent enough for negotiations with international clients.
