Job description
- Design and support data architecture — selecting services and applications, integrating systems, and presenting architectural solutions.
- Optimization of existing code and data processes.
- Collaborate with colleagues on the design of new data platforms or their components.
- Take ownership of data governance — data quality, master data, security, and access management.
- Implement and support tools for data quality and metadata management.
- Promote and communicate the value of investing in data quality and data governance.

Required qualifications
- At least three years of experience with developing data solutions and working with data architecture.
- Knowledge of integration patterns and the ability to design architectural approaches.
- Experience with code optimization (SQL, ETL/ELT processes, data flows).
- Previous experience or strong interest in data governance (data quality, master data, metadata management).
- Ability to communicate the importance of high‑quality data.
- Knowledge of Databricks or Microsoft Fabric — ideally with certification, or the willingness to complete certification with us.
- Experience with cloud platforms (primarily Microsoft Azure) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Czech or Slovak at native level is essential.
- Knowledge of English at B2 level or higher.
