Job description
Source, approach, and coordinate the hiring process for technical positions (development, architecture, analysis, testing, etc.).
Work on recruitment projects for both major tech players and fast-growing startups – we have a diverse portfolio of clients that continues to expand.
Build and nurture your network of candidates, use LinkedIn, networking, and modern sourcing tools.
Help shape our recruitment brand and bring ideas on how to make hiring smarter and more efficient.
Required qualifications
Experience in IT/Tech recruitment (either agency or in-house). Alternatively, a strong interest in the field and the motivation to learn – we’re happy to train you.
A proactive approach, curiosity, and the desire to be part of a small, fast-moving team.
Ability to communicate in English.
